Seeking Experienced Buyer's Agent Specializing in Apartments TN, Nashville TN

I’m currently looking for an experienced Buyer’s Agent who specializes in multi-family apartment properties (ideally 8–30 units). I'm an active investor currently focused on acquiring value-add or cash-flowing properties in Tennessee—with a strong interest in seller financing opportunities.
The ideal agent should:
Have experience working with apartment buyers/investors
Understand off & on-market deals, seller-finance strategies, and rent rolls
Be responsive and proactive in finding deals that meet my criteria
Be open to working closely during the due diligence and acquisition process
